Tuna pesto sandwich 

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 rolls  
  • 2 tsp pesto  
  • 1 red onion  
  • 1,5 oz canned tuna  
  • 1 (roasted) bell pepper  
  • 1 oz grated cheese 


Finely chop the onion and cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Drain the tuna and put it into a bowl. Add the onion and pesto to the bowl and mix well. Slice the rolls in half and spread some tuna salad on each half. Top with bell pepper and cheese. Grill the sandwiches for about 5 minutes. If you don’t have a grill, you can bake them in the oven at 350F for about 8 minutes. 

Slice the sandwiches in half and enjoy!
