Can I watch the workouts more than once?

Yes, you can watch the workouts as often as you’d like. 

How does Fit at Home work?

With Fit at Home you never have to go to the gym to do a workout ever again! Do you want to lose weight or work on your cardio? It’s possible from the comfort of your own home! The Fit at Home app is available 24/7 on-demand. You can use the app on your SMART tv (Samsung, LG, Philips) or via your television provider (Sky & Virgin). Of course you can also use Fit at Home online on your smartphone, tablet or laptop. 

What does Body Mass Index mean?

The Body Mass Index (BMI) is an index for weight in relation to height. You can calculate your BMI on the homepage. The BMI gives you an indication about possible health risks of your weight. The BMI can be calculated for children and adults aged 2 to 70.

What do I need to do a Fit at Home workout?

Make sure you have enough space to move and lay down. About 6 x 6 feet should be enough. The attributes you’ll need for each workout are different, but we made sure you can also do the workouts without any attributes. However, using the attributes will increase your results so we do encourage to use them if possible. 

I have an injury, can I still do my workout?

In case of an injury we advise you to consult your doctor before working out. Some injuries will require you to do workouts while others require rest.

How often do I need to do a workout?

We advise you to do a workout three times a week. 

Can I see how many calories I burn each workout?

You’ll see the amount of burnt calories in the workout. This is an estimation, so use this as an indication.

Can I mix up my workouts?

Yes, we advise you to mix it up. This will keep working out exciting and fun!

Are the Fit at Home workouts suitable for all ages?

All our workouts are suitable for anyone over the age of 17, without any health issues. However it is very important to listen to your body.
