Banana and peanut butter bonbons 


  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter, flavor of your choice 
  • 3 oz. dark chocolate 


Peel the banana and slice it into approximately one-centimeter-thick rounds. Line a plate with parchment paper and arrange the banana slices on it. Spread the peanut butter over the slices, easiest done with a knife. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir continuously while heating to prevent the chocolate from burning. Grab a fork and dip the banana slices into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are well coated, then place them on the parchment paper. Allow the bonbons to set in the refrigerator. Enjoy your bonbons!
