Zucchini bread 

Ingredients for 1 bread 

  • 1 zucchini 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 fl. oz water 
  • 1 fl. oz oil 
  • 0.5 oz baking powder 
  • Some chives 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 
  • 3.5 oz Parmesan cheese 
  • Sweet potato spread as topping 

Instructions 

Preheat the oven to 210°F, grease the baking pan, and line it with parchment paper. Grate the zucchini and place it in a bowl. Add the eggs, oil, and water. Stir everything well and season with salt and pepper. Take another bowl and combine the Parmesan cheese, baking powder, and chives. Pour the zucchini mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to form a smooth dough. Spread the dough evenly in the cake pan and bake for 50 minutes in the oven. Once out of the oven, let it cool for a while, then serve with sweet potato spread. Enjoy your meal!
