Tumeric latte 

Ingredients for 2 persons 

  • 18 fl. oz milk of your choice  
  • 0.5 inch. turmeric  
  • 0.5 inch. ginger  
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder  
  • 1 tsp cinnamon  
  • Pinch of cardamom powder  
  • Pinch of pepper  
  • Agave syrup 


Peel the turmeric and ginger and cut them into thin slices. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the turmeric and ginger. Place it over low heat and add all the other ingredients. 

Stir well, and when you see it starting to bubble, you can remove it from the heat. Strain the mixture through a sieve and then divide it into 2 glasses. Optionally, top it off with a little cinnamon. Enjoy!
