Penne pasta with zucchini 

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 3,5 oz penne pasta 
  • 3,5 oz zucchini 
  • 0,7 oz peas 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • Pesto to taste 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • Fresh basil 
  • Pepper 
  • Salt 

Preparations

Bring water with salt to a boil, add the penne and cook it according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, slice the zucchini into strips and drain the peas. In a frying pan, sauté the garlic, then add the zucchini and peas and cook thoroughly. Drain the pasta and add it to the vegetables in the pan. Reduce the heat and add the pesto. Stir everything together well and season with pepper and salt to taste. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes on low heat, then serve the pasta. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy your meal!
