Making healthy crackers 

Ingredients for 20 pieces 

  • 3 oz rolled oats 
  • 2,3 oz ground flaxseed 
  • 1,5 oz sunflower seeds 
  • 1 oz chia seeds 
  • 1 oz sesame seeds 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 4 fl oz water 
  • 1,2 fl ozl olive oil 

Preparations

Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients to it. Mix them well and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. While it’s resting, preheat the oven to 350F. After the resting time, roll out the mixture to a thickness of about 1,2 inches. 

Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut it into 20 pieces and bake them in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Once they are done, allow them to cool completely. Enjoy with your favourite topping. We love some gouda cheese and pesto, chicken with avocado or humus with grilled veggies.
