Greek pasta salad 

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 10oz of pasta of your choice 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 7oz cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 red onion 
  • 1 cucumber 
  • 3.5oz feta cheese 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package and let it cool. Meanwhile, slice the red onion into rings, quarter the cherry tomatoes, and dice the cucumber. Place them in a bowl. Add the dried oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss well. Cut the feta cheese into cubes and add it to the salad. Enjoy your meal!
