Banana and Peanut Butter Bonbons  

Ingredients: 

– 1 banana   

– 2 tablespoons peanut butter, flavour of choice   

– 80 g dark chocolate    

Preparation: 

Peel the banana and slice it into pieces about one centimeter thick. Line a plate with parchment paper and place the banana slices on it. Spread the peanut butter over the banana slices, using a knife for easy application. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring frequently to prevent burning.  

Using a fork, dip each banana slice into the melted chocolate until fully coated, and place them back onto the parchment paper. Let the bonbons set in the refrigerator until firm. Enjoy!
