Avocado yogurt spread 

Ingredients for 1 baguette

  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • ½ clove of garlic 
  • 7 oz Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill 
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  • Additional requirement: immersion blender 


Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Finely chop the dill. Place the avocado flesh in a tall container, squeeze the garlic over it, and roughly puree with an immersion blender. Stir in the dill, Greek yogurt, and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Serve the spread in a bowl and sprinkle some fresh dill on top. 

Tip: If you want to make this spread lighter, use low-fat yogurt or opt for Greek yogurt with 0% fat.
