Thanks to multiple volunteers and individuals from the sleep registry, the research has revealed that there are five types of insomnia. From all the collected data, five distinct character traits have emerged among people with sleep problems. Below are the five types of insomnia.

Type 1

Individuals of this type are generally emotionally unstable. They may also experience neuroses, sadness, and hyperactivity and can be deeply affected by certain aspects of their lives.

Type 2

The majority of participants in the study fall into this type. These individuals have a moderate sensitivity to stress and are highly responsive to rewards.

Type 3
