Tiramisu with Nutella and raspberries 

Ingredients for 1 tiramisu

  • 1 packet of ladyfingers 
  • 9oz mascarpone 
  • 4 tbsp Nutella 
  • 9floz heavy cream 
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar 
  • 1 cup of coffee (strength to your liking) 
  • Cocoa powder 
  • 1 container of raspberries 

Preparation

Start by brewing a cup of coffee to your desired strength. Then, take a mixing bowl and add the heavy cream along with the vanilla sugar. Whip the cream and then add the mascarpone. Mix everything together until a smooth mixture is formed. Finally, add 2 tbsp of Nutella and mix it in well. 

Next, take a dish and the ladyfingers, as well as the coffee. Dip a ladyfinger into the coffee and place it on the bottom of the dish. Repeat this process until the top is covered with ladyfingers. Then, spread half of the Nutella mixture over the ladyfingers and place the raspberries on top. Repeat this process once more, but without the raspberries. Melt the remaining 2 tbsp of Nutella and drizzle it over the tiramisu. 

Now, refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until it is well set. Once it has set, dust some cocoa powder on top and, if desired, garnish with additional raspberries. Enjoy!
