Egg burger 

Savor the hearty flavors of this egg burger, where crispy bacon and perfectly cooked eggs meet fresh vegetables and melted cheese. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this satisfying burger is a delicious twist on a classic sandwich favorite.  

Ingredients: 

  • 4 eggs  
  • 4 round buns of your choice  
  • 4 slices of cheese  
  • 4 slices of tomato  
  • 4 lettuce leaves  
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings  
  • 4 pickle slices  
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise  
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup  
  • 3,5 OZ. bacon  
  • bits Salt and pepper to taste  
  • Butter or oil for cooking 

Instructions: 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Carefully add the eggs and cook for 8-10 minutes for hard-boiled eggs. Shock them under cold running water and peel them gently. 
  • In a separate pan, cook the bacon bits until crispy. Drain them on paper towels and set aside. 
  • Cut the buns in half and lightly toast them in a pan or in the oven. Place the cheese slices on the bottom half of the buns and set them aside to allow the cheese to melt. 
  • Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper. 
  • Heat some butter or oil in a skillet and briefly cook the peeled eggs on both sides until they have a light golden brown color. 
  • On each bun bottom, place a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, some onion rings, and a pickle slice. Then add the fried eggs and bacon bits. 
  • Drizzle the prepared sauce over the bacon bits and place the top half of the buns on them. 
  • Serve the delicious egg burgers with bacon immediately, and add additional vegetables or sauce if desired.
