Instructions:1. Toasting the  bread:

  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Fill a medium saucepan with water and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • Crack each egg into a small cup or ramekin.
