Mushroom pasta 

A super tasty vegetarian pasta with mushrooms, spinach, and a creamy sauce. 

What do you need for 4 people: 

8 oz spaghetti 

17 oz mushrooms 

1 clove of garlic 

1 onion 

14 oz crème fraîche 

2 oz Parmesan cheese 

7 oz spinach 

1 oz pine nuts 

Preparation: 

Cook the pasta according to the packaging instructions and be sure to save some of the cooking water. Cut the mushrooms into pieces and heat up a pan. Cook the mushrooms until they shrink, then remove them from the pan. 

Put the garlic and onion in the pan where the mushrooms were and add the spinach. Let the spinach wilt, and when it’s done, add the crème fraîche and a dash of cooking water. Season with salt and pepper. 

Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, and then add the mushrooms. Once everything is well mixed, plate it and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.
