Mijn naam is Geeke Barmentloo, powernap- en slaapcoach. Ik ben ik al jarenlang fan van de powernap en nu als werkende moeder van twee jonge kinderen kan ik een powernap in de middag extra waarderen. In mijn omgeving zie ik deze behoefte ook vaak terug komen. Ik ben door de powernap alerter, productiever en ga energiek door de dag. Dit zie ik ook veel in mijn werkzaamheden als sportmanager binnen talentontwikkeling/ topsport. Vele topsporter zetten dit krachtdutje in als goed herstelmoment tussen trainingen door. Mijn doel is om meer mensen de voordelen van rustmomenten overdag te laten ervaren en de mogelijkheid krijgen om in een fijne ruimte een rustmoment in te lassen tijdens hun (werk)dag. Daarom ben ik gestart met Place to Nap om daarmee de ‘Google Naps’ van Nederland te worden. Ook ben ik altijd al geïnteresseerd geweest in het thema slaap en daarom heb ik de opleiding slaapcoaching gevolgd en ben ik gecertificeerd slaapcoach. Goed slapen is de basis voor een energieke dag, goed humeur en belangrijk voor je gezondheid.
