7 Ways to remove wrinkles from your clothes

Do you find ironing a tedious task but still want to get rid of wrinkles in your clothes? Good news! You can remove wrinkles without ironing. Here are the top 7 methods for you.

#1 Hair straightener

A hair straightener isn’t just great for smoothing out your hair, but it can also help remove wrinkles from your clothes. It’s particularly useful for flattening small areas, like a collar.

#2 Water and vinegar

Mix 1/3 white vinegar with 2/3 water and put the mixture in a spray bottle. Shake it well, and then spray the wrinkles on your clothing. The wrinkles should disappear quickly.

#3 Kettle

If you have an old-fashioned kettle, you can use the steam to remove wrinkles. Hold the wrinkled part of the clothing in the steam as the water boils. Just make sure to keep the fabric at least 20 centimeters away from the kettle.

#4 Hair dryer

Your hair dryer can work as a steamer. Set it to the hottest setting and blow the warm air over the wrinkled areas of your clothing to smooth them out.

#5 Bathroom steam

Yes, you can use your bathroom as a steam room to de-wrinkle your clothes. Turn on the shower and hang your clothes as close to the showerhead as possible without getting them wet. Close all doors and windows and let the steam work for a few minutes. You can even take a shower at the same time to save time in the morning!

 #6 Wet towel

Place the wrinkled clothing on a flat surface like a table or ironing board. Lay a damp towel over the wrinkles and press down firmly with your hands. You’ll need to let the clothes dry afterward, but the wrinkles will be gone.

#7 Dryer

If your wrinkled garment is made of linen or cotton, you can “iron” it in the dryer. Toss the clothes in for about 15 minutes, and the wrinkles should disappear. For more stubborn wrinkles, throw in a damp sock along with the clothing.
