The pilates workouts will improve your balance, flexibility, strength and coördination, while also releasing stress and help your concentration to keep your body & mind in great condition. This workout is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Parental supervision required for ages 12 to 16.
These workouts have a duration of 30 minutes.
