In 20 minuten HIIT & Fit met deze nieuwe workouts van Maaike Parrel! HIIT staat voor High Intensity Interval Training. Bij deze intense workouts train je met een verhoogde hartslag je hele lijf! De trainingen bestaan uit intensieve oefeningen afgewisseld met korte rustmomenten. Dat is dus 20 minuten knallen! HIIT & Fit heeft een positief effect op jouw conditie, vetverbranding en opbouw van spieren. Deze workouts duren 20 minuten.
