How can I terminate my subscription?

You can terminate your subscription in your account by turning off the button “auto-renew”. You’ll receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to customerservice@fitathome.com.

How can I change my password?

How can I change my account number?

You can change your account number in your account. You’ll need to make a payment of €0,01 to verify your account number. If you have any problems changing your account number, please contact our customer service by sending an e-mail to customerservice@fitathome.com
