Tumeric latte

Ingredients for 2 servings:
– 500ml milk of your choice
– 1cm fresh turmeric
– 2cm fresh ginger
– 1 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– Pinch of cardamom powder
– Pinch of black pepper
– Agave syrup (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Peel the turmeric and ginger, then slice them into thin pieces.
2. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the turmeric and ginger slices.
3. Set the saucepan over low heat and stir in the turmeric powder, cinnamon, cardamom, and black pepper.
4. Stir well, and once the mixture starts to simmer, remove it from the heat.
5. Strain the mixture through a sieve and pour it into two glasses.
6. Optional: Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
