Chocolate pancakes

Ingredients 

– 250 g oat flour   

– 500 ml milk   

– 40 g cocoa powder   

– 2 eggs   

– 2 tbsp oil   

For the topping 

 – 3 tbsp Nutella   

– Blueberries   

– 2 tbsp water   

Preparation 

In a bowl, mix the oat flour, milk, eggs, and 2 tbsp of oil until smooth and lump-free. Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture and stir until well combined. Heat a pan with a little oil and use a ladle to pour a thin layer of batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Transfer them to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter. 

For the topping, mix the water with the Nutella and microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the Nutella mixture over the pancakes and top with blueberries. Enjoy!
