If you want to lose fat, it's important to know that exercise is only half of what you need to do. The other half is what you eat. Below are 3 recipes to help you lose fat, they consist of lower calorie foods.
1 head romaine lettuce
1 cup slices sweet onion
2 medium cucumbers peeled and cut into wedges
8 ounces feta cheese, cubed
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Combine ingredients and serve immediately.
2lbs large shrimp
Juice of 3 lemons
4 tablespoons Mrs. Dash
12 sprigs fresh dill, coarsely chopped
Rinse shrimp and put in single layer in a broiling pan.
Pour lemon juice over shrimp and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
Broil 5-6 inches away from heat for 6-8 minutes, turning several times until shrimp is cooked.
Remove shrimp from broiler and scatter dill over it.
Cover the pan for 3 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 large cucumber peeled and sliced
1 carrot, shredded
2/3 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
Your favorite vinaigrette dressing
Combine everything in a large bowl, drizzle dressing, toss and serve.
